Definitely well worth it’s price. I just wanted something easy to do at home as a full body workout and this can get you acheing. The only slight inconvenience is that it’s some noisy on the floor board but other than that it’s perfect.
For me, this rowing machine ticks all of the boxes. It’s reasonably priced, (relatively) easy to assemble, and sufficiently sturdy for my needs.
Using it two to three times a week, and not hammering it, the level of tension set at maximum is perfect. My frozen shoulder has definitely benefitted. Would definitely recommend.
Easy to assemble and good how it folds up. But not enough resistance for me and I don't feel it is doing anything even on the max.
I'm happy with this rower for the price. It's a lot sturdier than some of the rowers I've tried in the past, yet has a very small footprint when folded so can be easily stored when not in use. I was able to build the machine alone in about 20 minutes. The "computer" is basic but nice to have, and the rower offers a nice range of resistances.
My only minor issue is that when using the rower for HIIT, the handle retracts a tiny bit too slowly when I'm at my maximum pace. However, this really is pushing very hard, so for the majority of people it is unlikely to be a problem.
Bought this after checking out several reviews of rowing machines. this one was always suggested as good value. they weren't wrong. Had it a few weeks and 3 of us in the house use it. provides a good workout for me a 58 year old with some fitness but trying to get an all round fitness. I do 2km at max strength and its a hard workout for 12 minutes.
For the price a great machine
