has anyone figured out when to take the cubes out and transfer them to frezeer and have them not freeze into one lump?

Please take the ice cubes away as soon as possible.
First day - package arrived and I follow the set-up instructions perfectly. Leaked all over the counter even with the plug fully inserted. Why?

Perhaps the water is too much. Please try again with less water.
What do the cubes look like?

Hollow Cylinder.
What happens when the ice melts?

The melt water makes new ice. The unit dumps the ice into a basket type tray suspended over the water reservoir where it sits until it is used or melts. When it melts it drips into the water below the tray. The ice/water compartment is not refrigerated but it is insulated so the ice will melt if it isn't used. We are loving this device.
