This item is as good as I expected, small enough to fit in our kitchen., but big enough to use by myself, I'm a 60year old that needs to loose weight and this treadmill is doing the job, easy to fold away and store against the wall, easy to read the distance, time, calories lost and distance run or walked, very impressed would highly recommend, the price is excellent, a strong bit of kit, also light enough to move.
This is not a treadmill for a professional runner or someone who runs at high speed it's not build for that but if you're like me and just starting out or in need of a way of getting moving then it's perfect. Some of the reviews mentioned it shaking or creaking, I literally just put some oil on the joints and it's been fine. I'm 5'9 and it supports me running 30 mins a day no problem.
There are a couple things to note
-The path is thinner than a gym treadmill so running does require a little more concentration
-It can creak but it just needs some dw40 or equivelant on the joints
-The Ipad holder if you're running i don't think is suitable i had my phone on it and it bounced off. I just use a nearby shelf.
As a novice to treadmills, I was looking for something to walk on (and maybe run on eventually). This fits the bill and folds away into a small area, which is even better. It's about as noisy or maybe a bit less than the big machines in gyms. It's maybe a bit narrow, but I'll get used to it. The Ipad holder is just the right size for my kindle, so I'm all set.
I have heart condition and high blood pressure. So I use the treadmill every day to keep me fit. And my husband loves it too. He uses it every other day to keep him fit.
