I ordered two of the sun shades. We used them to cover two windows in our house. They work wonderfully to keep out the hot Arizona sun. There was a noticeable difference in temperature in the rooms where shades are used.
The shade material is very strong and dense.
Love these!! ..We just returned from FL and experienced some intense monsoon storms. (Answering another's the specific question about them holding up in FL.) We reside in Southern OR. The extreme summer sun/heavy wind (that has shredded other types/brands/materials yearly )/rainy climate. We have several that are 3 yrs. old and look as good/as new as when we got them. Just purchased 2 more. Hung with a little room to flap in the wind with extra-strong nylon tensile zip ties, and they do wonderful. Wind will blow through somewhat and they don't pool up with water and will drip through somewhat. We get the sand color and they may fade slightly..(barely shows, unless a new one is up beside it..) Great Shade Factor and feels like a 20-degree difference under them. Excellent purchase and well worth the money. More expensive canopy materials/brands at 150.00-200.00 each, have shredded within a month of purchase with our wind/rain. Oregon's storm intensity is nothing compared to Florida's.
We used these to shade our patio from the hot summer sun and it makes it a lot more bearable outside.
