Very good heater just what we wanted

Very good heater just what we wanted, as it is on casters it is easy to take to other rooms if required, nice people to do business with. Very pleased.

Subtle

Doesn't seem to pump out a lot of heat, probably because it doesn't have an internal fan, but it soon brings a small room up to a comfortable temperature. Easy to use, and works well as a freestanding unit.

Value for money

Early days yet, but on initial tests, seems very good and value for money. I have not thoroughly gone through all the systems yet but the ones I have, seem simple to use. Bought 2 x 2kw units for the large conservatory, but on tests, 1 would do the job as the heat is powerful when turned up, so unless you have a heat loss problem, it should heat a sealed room adequately. Much of the heat comes from the vents on the top of the unit, so be careful not to site it directly below another fixture eg a shelf, as it will make this hot and restrict the heat flow to the room. It could have done with a slightly longer flex to stretch to plugs, and possibly a fixing template to get the wall mounting screws in exactly the right place, but apart from that, it’s slim, unobtrusive, silent and powerful.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Ask a Question
  • What is the hourly consumption roughly running this heater?

    Hi,
    The heaters take 1.2kw/h, 1.8kw/h, 2.5kw/h.
    --------------
How to calculate my energy consumption:
Calculate Watt-hours Per Day. Device Wattage (watts) x Hours Used Per Day = Watt-hours (Wh) per Day. ...
Convert Watt-Hours to Kilowatts. Device Usage (Wh) / 1000 (Wh/kWh) = Device Usage in kWh. ...
Find Your Usage Over a Month.

    Thanks,
