Famgizmo 16000 btu Air Conditioner

For me this is the air conditioner that has given me what I required capability, easy to operate and most of all a cool room, on some of the hotest days we have had including the record breaking hottest day this year 2020.

Can you use without exhaust pipe to cool the room

No, because it has a compressor in it and need a pipe to exhaust hot air. You might check the following link if you need a cooling fan, which needs to fill water or ice in it.
